Tasty khana I love and this pic is truly nice. Loved the quote too, dear Nats.
Beautiful and delicious plate, and perfect quote by Tolkien! The plates in the featured image are so pretty!
Thank you dear Vidya.
I’m so glad I stumbled upon this quote as it so resonate with me.
What gorgeous food Natz. And that quote makes one think. If only we’d learn to recognise the things that bring us true happiness we’d be in a peaceful place.
Oh yes absolutely Tulika. So important to tune in to our inner voices and figure what makes us happy to live in a world of contentment. Else we keep chasing after our possessions endlessly.
Your Eggs Benedict makes me so hungry!!
Ha! Ha! Me too, when I see this visual. Thanks Alana for swinging by.
What a thoughtful quote! That food sure looks yummy, Natasha! 🙂
Yes, it was Vinitha. Or rather is. One of my favourite breakfasts, at a cafe I dig.
And the quote made the plate more appetising I guess thank you ❣️
Yummy yummy but what was it? I could only identify the asparagus, the buns, bacon and ham? And of course the ribbon of jam on the top. Ws it your breakfast?
Yes one sumptuous weekend morning!
Eggs Benedict- my favourite, with salmon and asparagus spears and the sweet preserve on the side.
Bliss☺️✨
Now I’m hungry and you’re responsible! Seems like a lovely breakfast was had.
Absolutely was. thanks Cory.
What’s the sauce on top? Looks so delicious
It’s a sweet preserve. I think mango. Been a while I had that meal. It’s an old picture.
Good to see you hear, Raj. 🙂

That looks delicious and I completely agree with the quote. Thanks for hosting this weekly linkup. It’s given my tired old blog some new life. 🙂 Cheers!
What a perfect quote to go with that picture. I would eat that first and order another. 🙂

Love the quote 🙂
Yeah, me too, Shubra. So glad I stumbled upon it. 🙂
yum… poached egg with hollandaise?
Eggs Benedict with spears of asparagus and salmon. A medley of savoury and sweet- the sweet preserve on the side.
It’s an outstanding meal – breakfast/supper/snack. And at one of my favourite cafes here, called DiGhent.
Couldn’t agree more on that profound quote, Natasha. This world would then be a very different place, for sure. I’m so glad you joined in with this lovely thought-provoking #WordlessWednesday post today, despite the odds!
Wishing you a Happy Wednesday and a blessed rest of the week, with some much-needed downtime to keep you rested but recharged enough for the days ahead.
Thanks my dear friend. <3
