“The beauty of Africa is not man made, it is natures gift to humanity.”
I’m so grateful to the universe that we managed to go on our African holiday, last year in October. Little did we know in a few months and in a blink of an eye, safe travel would become a distant dream.
Tanzania is a wondrous country in East Africa that offers some of the best wildlife experiences. We were fortunate to be able to witness reverse migration of wildebeests, wild buffalos and zebras, from Serengeti en route Kenya.
These are just some of the precious moments from our safaris, frozen in time. We managed to see the Big 5 and the Big 7 too. We covered the beautiful African landscape in a Land Rover and had the good fortune of spending two mysterious nights in a tented camp, right in the middle of the wilderness, surrounded by the elusive calls of all animals wild.
It is experiences such as these that we need to hold on to, and re-visit. They make this life worthwhile and are a beautiful reminder to make every moment count, however simple it may be.
Signing off with Toto’s lovely rendition, “Africa”. 🙂
