“I am Enough” – Blessings Amidst the Despair: #WordlessWednesday #WednesdayWisdom

” I am enough.”

“You just have to believe, let go of control and flow.”

– Master Oogway, Kung Fu Panda

Mulberry-Fruit
My favourite mulberries, from the tree next door. Oh! The sweet flavour of love after a long patient wait. (first morning downstairs after a month!) Blessings, and bliss. This particular mulberry tree  downstairs is my “hug-some” friend. It’s a dear friend for many years. Here’s how you can beat the weekday blues (if you are feeling any that is).

Komorebi- trees
The blessings of Komorebi. Here’s what it means in Japanese.

Quotes-Thoughts
When the world situation and the anxieties get the better of you.

Madhumalti- flowers
Madhumalti or Chinese Honey Suckle, adoring the landscape with its fragrant love. Even they seem to declare, “I am enough”

Heal, Earth Heal. Infinite love, healing and blessings. <3

Blessings Amidst the Despair

Our country, India is grappling with a Covid Tsunami like never seen before. Every other person I know is grieving the loss of a loved one, or battling bouts of anxiety, or covid. It’s ironic that India was one of the first country’s to export vaccines and here we are under the siege of the biggest disasters ever, to hit our rich tapestry of culture and mankind.

Please say a small prayer for India, if you read this. And for the earth to heal from this pandemic and other ills.

A prayer for mankind to awaken to his inner calling, kindness and true bliss. To never ever take Mother Earth for granted. One which was handed on a silver platter with grace and love.

In these troubles times the best we can do is pray, lend a helping hand, hang in there, and remember the Masters words. (the quotes above)

Sending you all love, light and good vibes.

Stay safe and be well. (This song is dedicated to each one of you reading this.)

And know that “You are Enough.”

  1. OMG GOTTA GO BACK FURTHER? Honey, are you sick? Don’t tell me Covid hit your country too? OH MY and don’t tell me you caught COVID! Honey, the only thing I can say is my daughter and family that’s a husband and two sons and one daughter caught Covid, not sure if the youngest boy caught it I don’t think he did. He’s always in his room with the door shut playing games on his machines. I don’t know much about that. Anyway, they made it in about two weeks they showed signs of getting better WOOOOO HOOOO I drove there and put food on the front porch for them and I called and told my daughter cuz she didn’t get it too bad and she came out to get it and she didn’t have to cook. Plus the youngest boy who didn’t get it, Shawn is his name he likes submarine sandwiches so needless to say his NaNee (gramma in Italian) bought him one. So please let me know about you. I shall pray for you my sweetness and your family. God bless your household. I look forward to your response in the meantime I shall shower you and yours with prayers. Hugs, Marie

  2. “Heal the world
    Make it a better place
For you and for me, and the entire human race
    There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me”

The lyrics of this song seems to befitting in the situation we are.

This time around I find the lockdown deafening and grim. It’s just that hope & faith helps us carry on. I also feel there is a dire need to spread cheer and positivity around. The sadness and anxiety is taking a toll too, though silently.

Your posts spread so much positivity Natasha. It refreshes the mind and calms the heart. I feel blessed our paths crossed.

Mulberry or shatoot, I remember from my childhood days. I used to wait for them to grow and feast on hahahha. Do you see silk worms too? The madhumalti is definitely a fragrant beauty.

I am glad you could step out …… Just as I had started to go for nature walks the second wave hit us.

    1. Yes I’ve been holed at home now since March mostly.

It’s grim and depressing but all we can do is hold on to sweet hope knowing the good days are around the bend.

But sabr ka phal meetha hota hai yeh hum sabko pata hai.

Love and hugs. Hope you are taking care and staying safe.

  3. Dear Natasha, I hope you are well (and those who are dear to you I hope are well). I saw some sequences on TV, but I couldn’t watch more than a few seconds; I changed the channel. It was easy for me, but how can those who live this tragedy cope? They can’t change the channel! I pray that this madness will cease! Sometimes I think that I’m playing when others suffer and, somehow, the joy of the “game” is overshadowed… I know that this is life, but I feel like crying.
    I hug you dearly! ❤️

    1. Dear Diana,

My hearts brims with so much gratitude at your love and heartfelt messages always.

Please don’t be sad. Just like you I feel the pain too, and that’s the reason why i try and avoid tuning in to the news that’s doing the rounds.

Play, be happy and say a little prayer for us whenever you can.
Know that we are also healing in some ways and India like always will stand the rest of time again.

Hugging you back dearly. So much love and gratitude always. ♥️

  4. Everyone on this planet is connected in one way or another. The tragedy of one part is felt all over the world. I pray for India, a country that helped us when New York City was under siege by COVID-19 last March and April. We must hear your voices and extend aid.

    1. You said it. And I feel Covid has brought us all together as a world community. It’s a wake up call for us to stop abusing and taking the planet for granted and doing our bit.

Whatever aid we receive out of love is making all the difference.

Thanks for your loving message dear Alana.

  5. We’re purraying for all of you, Natasha and we know that Mother Earth will take care of us no matter what. Just have faith and keep on shining your light, never let anything take it away from you. Stay safe, stay well my furriendLove Light and Pawkisses for a Peaceful Day
