Natasha’s on a Healing Break
Hola readers!
I’ve been under the weather for the last month or so, and things have gotten a little out of wack.
Therefore, I’m taking time away to rest, rejuvenate and heal; before I can return to blogging.
In the interim if I feel a tad better I shall try to visit your blogs whenever I can or write a micro post.
But for now it’s a short adieu!

Stay well, stay cheerful and most of all take good care of your health. That’s is absolutely non-negotiable. And don’t worry too much. Life is too short to be spent overthinking.

You are in my thoughts, dear Natasha! Please focus on getting ample rest and immerse yourself in healing yourself as much as possible! Nothing works as magically as downtime when your mind and body are craving for it. Take it easy and come back recharged.

I am so sorry to hear that, Nats. I’ve not been doing too well myself with almost incessant respiratory allergies and congestion. So tired. My workout has gone for a toss. I am focusing more on Pranayam now. Do take care and health is the most important for sure.
Thanks dear Rachna. I hope you are feeling better now? I’m slowly but surely getting back to my routine. For now it’s Yoga thrice a week, and walks when I can.
Health is so critical and we often take it for granted.
