The Jungle Ride : #FridayFictioneers
The sun was dipping into the horizon, leaving behind streaks of burnt orange as the grey, candy flossed clouds tried hard to camouflage them. Al and I had decided to go for a quick drive to the Aravalli hills, that lazily lay sprawled around our urban jungle.
We were hoping to spot some peacocks, jackals, or nilgais, as they headed into the hilly jungles, after a day’s feasting. Our SUV rumbled along the hilly terrain. Al suddenly braked hard, bringing our car to a screeching halt. A stunning leopard, almost the size of a six feet human, came leaping on to our windscreen.
