I’ve never heard of Jacarandas before, but these photos are gorgeous ! Hope you are having a great day.
I’d have thought Arusha was named after your beautiful daughter! Delightful pictures which have reminded me to take part next week.
One of my favourite trees. Love the purple blossoms
Mine too, Sunita. 🙂
Pretty pictures! Of the flowers and your little one! <3
SUch lovely trees and your daughter is gorgeous, too!
My Corner of the World
Such lovely bloom. I love this color. The picture of the tree facing the sky is a beauty in itself. Mesmerized just by seeing the photo, Natasha . Imagining how glorifying the entire experience would have been for you.
What nice photos and smile I have always liked this time of year
Have a Jacarandatastic week 🙂
I love jacarandas – they scream spring to me. We are having some wonderful blooms here at the moment but I haven’t managed to get good pics!
Beautiful photos.
Great pics Natasha. Introducing us to Tanzania through your blog.
That is so so beautiful. The sky and the flowers seem to blend in. Loved the pictures.
I did not know Arusha is the name of a city. I am sure Arusha must have been so happy.
I have to travel to South Africa. It’s on my list and will happen one day.
It is always nice to know the names of the trees especially those which look magnificently beautiful with purple flowers. Your daughter’s face exudes a calm and happiness in the photo. I bet it must be a good feeling to be in a city after which you have got your name.
I love Jacaranda – the color is so lovely! Your daughter is looking lovely and must be so happy to have a city named after her! 🙂
Pretty daughter, beautiful sky watch and oh those lovely slippers. All amazing photos.
I love the Jacaranda in bloom. The hue is so calming. Lovely post Natasha. I am sure Arusha is happy with the source of her name …… both beautiful in their own unique way ❤
This is so pretty, dear Natasha! I can see Arusha looks mighty pleased to be in the city bearing her name. It must feel so so special. Africa is blessed with so much beauty, all along the length and breadth of this beautiful continent. I’m so glad you’re going to bring us these wonderful photographs each week, along with the travel stories. Can’t wait to read them all.
Wishing you an amazing week ahead! Big hugs and plenty of happy vibes your way.

It’s jacaranda season here too. These beautiful trees are a refreshing sight in this summer heat. How exciting for your daughter to visit a place with the same name as her! All I got to visit was Rajlakshmi Canteen
Baby Girl, look at you you have a beautiful baby girl too! 2 beautiful baby girls! You & yours! Awwwwww! I can tell you’re so proud. Thank you so much for sharing! Have a wonderful day! I see maybe you’re just starting your day, but my friend I must say goodnight to you! Have a wonderful day! HUGS!
Never knew that Arusha was the name of a city. Your daughter must have felt so special there 🙂
So very beautiful. Thanks for sharing. Also, thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
I have never seen Jacaranda in bloom but I’ve seen so many pictures that I know I will make it happen one day. Seeing one against a sunset (or sunrise) would be just perfect.
