M is for Mindful Pause | #AtoZChallenge 2026
I knew the mindful pause was coming, right when I started the AtoZ. I’m not completely opting out of the challenge, but will write if, or when I get some time. I don’t wish to leave you all in a lurch with these little adventures, either.
Since, I have a long travel coming up now, and family commitments too, a mindful pause and reset is the best I can do currently.
I will commit to finishing the posts for my sake and yours too. As and when I can, minus pressure. Since I hadn’t written my posts in advance, and hopped in the AtoZ lane pretty last minute, I knew this would be the eventual journey.
Pauses are a great reset. Even in the work I do as a Telepathic Interspecies/Animal and Nature communicator, and for most things in life.
A pause does not translate to giving up, or that one isn’t good enough. Human do tend to link productivity with their worth.
Today I postponed a consultation for this beautiful, old beagle. My work requires a whole lot of presence and going inwards, and I won’t ever compromise on that.
I joined AtoZ so I could get back my writing mojo. And also record these fascinating telepathic animal and nature communication experiences, that come my way. I’m super glad I did!
Who knows, as I traverse different places, and meet different people, the mindful reset will be far more welcome, for the posts to follow.
It’s new year in my part of the world, so here’s to new ways of looking at things and also pausing to be. A few years ago, I would have felt rattled for prioritising a pause, now I feel liberated and empowered.
I hope you do too.
See you all soon!
Love, light and laughter,
Natasha

I am participating in the April Blogging from A to Z Challenge 2026, and my theme is Nature’s Voice – Notes from Nature.
As a Telepathic Animal & Nature Communicator, and an avid nature lover, I receive plenty of messages and downloads from the animal and plant world, landscapes, water bodies, as well as aquatic life. I shall take you through a fascinating journey, where we shall connect and communicate with all things non-human, but as a humans. Together, we shall also appreciate nature’s offerings.
Telepathic Animal & Nature communication is an intuitive, two way exchange of information through words, emotions, feelings and images between humans and other species/nature. This transcends the barrier of a verbal dialogue and language, helping humans understand animals, nature (trees, landscapes, water bodies) and foster deeper connections. A professional Animal and Nature communicator is also known as an Animal and Nature Whisperer.

How sweet of you. Gratitude and love.
And yes I hope to finish the series at my easy pace.
I did reply to you on my blog as well.
Yes, you are a participant. You made it halfway! Good job.
Hopefully, you’ll get to finish up sometime.
Just keep on blogging when you can, and connecting with your fellow bloggers as much as possible. The community is strengthened by supporting each other. And I support your need to focus on family right now. Totally justifiable and admirable.
