Nature’s Voice & Nine Years on WP

Nature’s Voice & Nine Years on WP

“If you truly love nature, you will find beauty everywhere.” –Vincent van Gogh

This has been the longest I’ve been away from my precious nook, Natasha Musing (over a year). As I type these words, I feel a certain excitement brew in my soul, much like the fragrant and delicate swirls of vapour on my decaf; on this cold, winter morning.

Turns out my blog turned 9, on 6 December, 2025. (Technically nine on WP, though we’ve been around longer on Blogspot (almost 20). Well thats not relevant, what counts is I’ve just returned after a 14-month long sabbatical, to write this post. 🙂

Disclaimer: I actually wrote this last month for my blogiversary and then conveniently let it slip by. Sharing it now with some additions.

You may wonder what’s kept me away. Well, it culminates to a bunch of things tied together. Part new horizons opening up, part procrastination, and part life just happening and whizzing by. I’ve missed my friends in blogosphere, though.

As I look back upon 2025, it’s been an eventful, roller coaster of a year : receiving abundance, health-hiccups that made me health wise, emotionally draining at times. Yet, at the same time growing experientially as a human being (I’ve curtailed my human doing tendencies, as much as I can, trust me) and growing incredibly with Nature’s Voice.

Nature Communication with Nature’s Voice

Little did I fathom even 2-3 decades ago, that I’d be pursuing my dream of working closely with nature and wildlife.

Who would have thought, when I signed up to write content for wildlife, sustainability and conservation back in December 2018; I would eventually journey into a field as awe-inspiring as a Telepathic Interspecies communication, as a Telepathic Animal and Nature communicator. I call my humble alliance with nature, Nature’s Voice. After all it’s nature that speaks through all of us interspecies communicators. We are just mere vessels, where they pour their thoughts into.

I still marvel; how professionally in 7 years, I have experienced such rewarding moments and shifts.

When I joined Pugdundee Safaris as their content curator in 2018, I thought, “This is it. My childhood dream of working for wildlife has come to fruition, even though much later in life.”

It’s never too late to start new things – humans create timelines for themselves. It sure gives them direction and purpose. I read about an 90 year-old finishing school, because she just couldn’t all her life. I totally intend to not just continue writing for wildlife, but also be working closely in the forests and with all its denizens; in the years going forward.

Time is a man made social construct. Stephen Hawking rightly said: “The universe is finite but has no beginning in imaginary time. It might merely exist.”

I continue to envision the days, when I shall be researching and studying different species. And in turn and creating a whole lot of awareness about them, and make a difference to improve their less spoken lives.

As a practising Interspecies communicator, I realise the above kind of work would be an ideal amalgamation of delving into the thought patterns of different species, (domesticated and in the wild). This would aid better understanding of their behaviour patterns too, than just what studies and text books suggest. After all, one is lucky to have direct access to their mind, heart and souls.

All species and even landscapes – like mountains and sandy beaches, and water bodies like oceans, rivers, lakes wish we would connect with them. They have a plethora of information and wisdom to share with us; every single time we do so. This is an ideal way to deepen our connection with them, which in turn can improve our lives manifold, in the long run.

Time and again I tell people who look perplexed and ask me, “Were you born with the gift of telepathic communication?”

“We all are born with this intuitive gift. Just that over a period of time mankind stopped tapping into it; instead started relying on a machine to give them information. Or, we have simply got too caught and carried away in the daily hustle bustle of life, and stopped tuning in to stillness and the art of noticing and being one with nature around us.”

We are nature and nature is us. We don’t go out into nature, rather we are nature intertwined.

I dream of a world where we co-exist with our animals, flora, rivers, oceans and mountains. A world where we honour them as equal and one. They deserve this planet and the right to safety, as much as we do.

I love this representation of how humans could look at this planet. We are just a tiny speck in the scheme of things.

We need mankind to come together to rally for this planet and every speck of life that occupies space. I feel if humans start developing this connection by opening their channels of communication with different species, including trees, animals and landscapes; they would feel far connected to them and themselves too, creating a mutually beneficial relationship. This would help humans value and honour them as one and all encompassing.

I know this dream sounds far from distant- but hope is what keeps the spark alive and glowing, isn’t it?

Wilderness Hour

In the coming times, I hope to share with you some snippets from my day to day life, with nature, and it’s beings. I also host an online cohort that comes together from different corners of the world, once a month, to attend a humble endeavour called Wilderness Hour. This was inspired by another fascinating cohort called the Elephant Hour and also the Gangetic dolphins and whales (that’s another tale for yonder). As I write this, I’m happy to share, Wilderness Hour turns One this month, January, 2026.

What started as a little cohort of interspecies communicators talking to all of nature, animate and inanimate too; has now grown into a wonderful platform of discussion, fun and laughter. The Dolphins and elephants ensure a whole lot of play, during this one hour.

In fact our January edition is tomorrow, 31 January, 2026, 5 PM IST.

A wonderful Wilderness 2 hours, instead of one hour. July 2025

You are welcome to join in too, and see what the different landscapes, and beings of this planet have to say to you. Message me and I’ll add you to the Wilderness Hour mailing list.

Today, I dedicate my blog’s 9th Anniversary to being more hopeful for the greater good of our beautiful, blue planet. May more voices to come together as one; both human and non-human.

Love, light, laughter and to tapping into our inner stillness and wisdom with love and faith. xoxo <3

Pssst: It’s so good to be back. 🙂

  2. Your sabbatical has obviously been inspirational and motivational. Our planet is better for your efforts.

Communicating with Nature is typically (for us humans) thought of as leaving the house. A bit of fresh air, blooming flowers, birds singing – we are satisfied that we have “communed” with the Natural World.

You, on the other hand, are blessed with a unique ability to immerse your very soul into the essence of our Natural World. What a fabulous gift! We look forward to vicariously sharing your insights.

    You have been missed.
