Anticipate

It is full moon tomorrow, September 10, 2022 and the planet mercury just went retrograde starting today, till 2 October, 2022.

I wonder what this full moon and mercury retrograde will bring!

Christina at MoonandCactus writes:

“This is an opportunity to turn inwards, re-prioritise and re-evaluate on a much deeper level. In astrology, Mercury is our quick and logical thinking planet. The downside of this transit it is that it amplifies restlessness and creates misunderstandings, miscommunications; but that’s nothing we can’t handle.”

Talking to the moon.

I really love these lines by her, as well:

“Remember, each of us are going through our own version of hell. So if you are having a bad day, someone else may have had it worse. The power of forgiveness can be a huge blessing during chaos.”

A sweet, gentle reminder to stay patient, to listen more than to speak, to set healthy boundaries, show loving kindness and compassion towards ourselves and others, and to take breaks and breathe in the light; I say.

Okay, so if you aren’t a believer in astrology, moon phases and all such stuff, here’s a free verse I wrote; to welcome the current season. 🙂

Anticipate

What do you think fall will bring?

Patience amidst the chaos.

Clarity, balance and calm.

Silence;

When words are unnecessary visitors

Solace in our hearts.

Love for our brokenness and that of others.

To slow down; amidst the chaos.

And watch our thoughts like passing clouds.

Compassion and loving kindness.

To be:

Grateful. Grounded. And Gorgeous.

Or to just be.

And to anticipate all these;

with love in our hearts.

How do you anticipate the last quarter of the year?

How are you planning to wrap-up the year?

What are your plans for fall and a brand new season?

Would love to hear from you.

Signing off with loads of love, light, laughter, magic and good vibes your way.

Stay gorgeous, will you! 🙂

  1. Stunning pictures and great questions, Nats. I really need to think deeply about the last quarter of this year and how I want to spend it.
Wishing you a wonderful time of discovery and growth through this month and in the days ahead! ♥

  2. Beautiful thought behind your verse, dear Natasha…we all need to slow down.
Those are gorgeous photos. The moon looked lovely yesterday, hope tonight is the night of cloudless climes. Happy moon sighting and loads of love and hugs. ❤️

  3. I just so loved your poem Natasha.
To slow down; amidst the chaos.

And watch our thoughts like passing clouds.
This is something i definitely need to do. Somehow in the busyness of life , i am drifting by like an unanchored boat. I need to find my moorings. Will definitely save this beautiful verse and ruminate on it. Lots of love to you dear

  4. Lovely pictures and a lovely poem walking hand in hand.
Compassion, kindness, silence and peace ( which is all a part of us), are the qualities I am trying to keep me going through the ups and downs of life …
    Anticipating, i can achieve those

  5. I like “Anticipate”! There are days when I would like not to talk at all, not to hear people talking! I would like to shut up and listen to the silence… It’s been many years since I’ve been able to do that, but I feel the need for silence more and more. Maybe one day…

The pictures are great! <3 The first and last photo illustrate the beauty and fragility of Nature; the photos with the super Full Moon illustrate the power of nature.

Thank you for the wishes, dear Natasha! <3 I wish you the same! I hug you with love!

  6. I did not realize that tomorrow will be full moon.
I hope there are not clouds… I wanted once to take a course of astrology, but this thought
was not materialized yet. Somebody told me that I should start with numerology first and I thought
is fine, because I like math!
Very beautiful images and words. And yes, forgiveness is a miracle world and to practice it
    is a must!
Thank you, Natasha for the beautiful atmosphere.
Have a fabulous weekend my friend!
Love, light and joy, always! ❤️

  7. Although I am not into astrology, I do find wisdom in the words you wrote.

As to autumn, it is my favorite season! I do hope for a slow down, but things are ramping up at work, so no slowdown there for at six or eight months… No real anticipation, just trying to live it 🙂 i enjoyed the poem.
