I is for Inwards | #AtoZChallenge 2026
Journeying inwards reveals what’s within, and what’s outside at the same time.
Since many of you are curious to know how one taps into telepathic animal and nature communication skills, I thought this deserved a post. The plan was to write about fascinating insects, but I chose otherwise. If this is a topic that piques your interest, so be it!
When we go inwards, we start to tap into our inner silence. We also learn to listen, see and feel deeper, uncluttered by the outside noise. We discover parts of ourselves that we never knew existed. In that stillness, quietly emerge messages about the world outside, too.
This little experiment can be a revelation, and helps us tap into our intuitive and telepathic skills. When we are still, the answers arrive with clarity. The communication we have with animals, insects or nature becomes easy and seamless.

The inward journey is also about silence. We can have a two way communication with animals, plants, or landscapes when we become still. Did you know Silent and Listen are anagrams?
The answers we seek, can be heard better, when we are silent. When we stop seeking outside of us, and travel inwards, the world becomes our oyster.
Telepathic animal and nature communication cannot be done with a cluttered mind. Yes, you don’t need to sit in mediation to communicate, like you wouldn’t meditate to chat with me, or a friend, would you? Being still and calm is the key.
Rest let it unfold, like I shared at the end of post D.
Notice, how animals and even insects sit in stillness, aware of their surroundings. They go inwards, while staying alert.

Do you go inwards often? Have you noticed the messages that come through when you are quiet? Would you attempt to chat with animals and trees around you, with this little practise?
Tell me what you think, I look forward.
I am participating in the April Blogging from A to Z Challenge 2026, and my theme is Nature’s Voice – Notes from Nature.
As a Telepathic Animal & Nature Communicator, and an avid nature lover, I receive plenty of messages and downloads from the animal and plant world, landscapes, water bodies, as well as aquatic life. I shall take you through a fascinating journey, where we shall connect and communicate with all things non-human, but as a humans. Together, we shall also appreciate nature’s offerings.
Telepathic Animal & Nature communication is an intuitive, two way exchange of information through words, emotions, feelings and images between humans and other species/nature. This transcends the barrier of a verbal dialogue and language, helping humans understand animals, nature (trees, landscapes, water bodies) and foster deeper connections. A professional Animal and Nature communicator is also known as an Animal and Nature Whisperer.

I couldn’t agree more…stillness is a must if we want to go inwards and listen not just to ourselves but to those around us that do not speak through words but frequencies. I loved this post about silence taking us inwards. I do that a lot of the time when I’m outside amidst nature or on a walk. Stillness is a beautiful experience, that everyone should practise. Even to understand oneself.
This is a healthy thing. Being still and observing plant and animal life is a healing joy. We used to have a pond where I often sat to observe the fish, birds, water plants, insects.
So true, Natasha. When your mind is silent, you can hear what comes trough and in the stillness of yourself, animals can hear you too. When there’s too much noise in my thoughts, life or in my deeper knowing, animals and creatures…and people too 😉 run away from me, but when I’m in peace all creatures and animals come to greet me, and want their attention from me, then their people tell me that they haven’t done that ever before. I can’t do anything else than give the (mostly) dog, or cat a wink and an inner smile 😀 More Pawkisses for you, dear Natasha ♥

Natasha, the tao te ching verse 47 speaks to what you are talking about. I tend to be very much an inner-focused individual. In nature I tune my senses to pay attention to the outside world.
This is an interesting and insightful post. Finding stillness within is difficult but once you find it, there is no looking back. Lovely post Natz.
